What an interesting and bold topic! As many of you know as you age when engaging in conversation with people you may be close to, the only thing some of them talk about is what they put in their mouths and what comes out of their asses. Sometimes I am in awe of what I hear and men are the worst with sharing the details of what they flushed down the toilet. I wanted to write about this because I hear these conversations so much that I thought why not write about it. It’s obvious maybe these people are crying out for help!
I raise the question in the title if your Shit sinks or float? To know the answer is crucial to discovering if you are eating the wrong things or not eating enough of the right things. Let’s start with if your shit sinks, well buddy if it sinks you are eating a whole lot of carbohydrates. You automatically should know you must begin eating a lot more fruits and vegetables and less carbohydrates in your diet. Now if your Shit floats then your diet perhaps contain the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables. And it’s a sign your diet contains a great amount of fiber.
Last, what is most important than whether your Shit sinks or floats is how often you go, the shape, color, and the smell because you may experience a mix of sinkers and floaters on different days. Believe it or not this is an individual conversation for ones Physician. As an at home guide use the following list:
- Shit once per day ( not more than 3 times).
- Your shit should be banana shaped and smooth.
- Not too hard and not too soft.
- Color should be medium brown with no bits of food insight, fat, blood, or mucus.
- Neutral smell and not overly unpleasant.
